I had a fantastic experience at this shoe shop! I brought in a pair of sneakers that had seen better days, and they managed to bring them back to life! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. They even cleaned my shoes before handing them back. I stopped by this shoe shop after hearing glowing recommendations from friends. I needed some work done on an old pair of dress shoes that I love but had started to look a bit worn out. The staff was very friendly, and they explained the different repair options available. I chose to have the soles replaced, and they did a great job! The shoes feel sturdy and look almost brand new. However, the only reason I'm giving a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that my shoes weren't ready as quickly as I anticipated. Nonetheless, the quality of work truly made up for it. I’ll definitely return for any future repairs!
